Top 1000 Picks 1-100

Over at the blog "You can't call It 'It'", the author is doing an exercise where you choose 5 names (2 boys, 2 girls, and a wild card) for your imaginary (or real, if you'd like) from the top 1000 list of names.  The catch is that you go by 100 names at a time.  In other words, you choose from 1-100 the first day, then 101-200 the next day, and so on.  So, I'm going to start today and choose my names for the first 100 names on the list.
